Any returned items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns not meeting these conditions may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
We apologize but all FOUND (ONE OF A KIND) items, furniture, custom orders, and apothecary items cannot be returned.
At this time, shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If returning an item, you might consider purchasing insurance and keeping the tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
