RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase but if for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 10 days for exchange or refund. To start a return or exchange, feel free to contact us at canteenshoppe@gmail.com.
We apologize but all FOUND (ONE OF A KIND) items, furniture, custom orders, and apothecary items cannot be returned.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Item must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. If returning an item, you might consider purchasing insurance and keeping the tracking number as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products.
- You will receive your refund as soon as items have been received and inspected by Canteen Lifestyle & Design. Please note, we have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
DAMAGES
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us upon receipt of any damages. We do our best to make sure items are packed securely but things do break occasionally. In the unfortunate event your item is damaged, we will gladly replace it. Send an email to canteenshoppe@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damage.
In the event your item is no longer available, we will either refund you or send you a new one when it is back in stock.
